What are the office hours?

Our facility is unmanned. Please call us Monday - Saturday, 6 AM to 10 PM, and on Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

What are the access hours?

Sunday - Saturday, 6 AM to 10 PM.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. RV or car parking requires proof of car insurance. Contact our office to inquire about vehicle parking.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

Move-Out Policy:

Remove “everything” from the unit
Take the lock with you. We can’t verify the unit if there is a lock on the unit. We will assume you still need the unit if there is a lock on the unit and you will be charged accordingly.
Sweep the unit
Take a picture and email the store at info@turnerfieldselfstorage.net or send a text with picture.
Leave nothing behind, nothing left on the property anywhere
No dumpster privileges.
We don’t prorate move-outs
Must be out before the last day of the month.
